Who We Are
We frequently attend, throughout the year, a variety of insurance workshops, seminars and conventions and after the event we usually spend time talking "shop" with our peers about procedures and processes, what they do for clients, don't do and other such things. Quite often we have been described, in polite words, of "doing too much" for our clients or asked questions such as "Why would you do that for them?" Afterwards, we talk amongst ourselves to get perspective and we always end up concluding, that what we do is exactly what we would expect from any professional we personally dealt with. We are proud of this reputation among our peers - it is what we strive for. We believe in providing the best service we can for our customers.
Our People
Empathy
If there is one word that can sum up the qualities our employees it is empathy. We believe in surrounding ourselves with people who have a great deal of empathy for the situation of others. It is interesting to see how that empathy can manifest itself. Take for example our claims manager. Usually she is a mild mannered woman without a thought of ruffling any ones feathers. However, if she thinks a customer is not getting a fair deal or that it is taking too long to settle a claim, watch out! She then develops the tenacity of a bulldog, who won't let go till the situation is resolved - favorably of course for the customer.
